If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy. The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us.

This policy covers purchases made directly through our website or authorized payment platforms only.

The following definitions apply to this Refund Policy:

  • Goods are the items offered for sale on our Service.
  • Orders refer to requests made by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Avtabs, accessible from www.avtabs.com.
  • You means the individual or entity accessing or using our Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

3. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Cancellation Window: The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

4. Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or made-to-order goods.
  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
  • Unsealed goods that affect health or hygiene after delivery.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items.

Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable, unless required by law.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
There is a 15% restocking fee on the price of the ordered product(s). The goods should be sent to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for the return. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

6. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

7. Special Scenarios

Late or Missed Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team.

Failed Payments / Chargebacks
In case of chargebacks or disputed payments, the refund process may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
